Lighthouse Retreat {Day 2} on Bald Head Island.
We started the day at a slow pace. I enjoyed my coffee out on the porch during my Bible time. A gentle rain was falling, birds were chirping and a cool breeze blowing through that was all so peaceful and relaxing.
Next, we met with the other families for breakfast. Then all the kids had a fun day of activities. They swam, watched movies, played on the beach, all while it poured rain. By lunch we had a heavy down pour that lasted most of the afternoon. It was the perfect day to grab a blanket, popcorn, and a movie we hadn’t seen before and just be together
