Bald Head Retreat {Day 5}
Our final full day at Bald Head. We get on the ferry at 9:30 am to head back to a world of cars, traffic, work and school.
Today started with us racing (in our golf cart) to the beach to catch the sunrise. It was chilly, windy, yet so relaxing watching the waves roll in in the early morning hours.
After our morning activities we took our beach chairs back to the beach for an afternoon of fun in the water. We returned with shells and sunburns, but renewed spirits. It was a GOOD day!
For dinner our whole group met one last time for a beach picnic, pictures, and fellowship.
This week has meant so much to our family.
Relaxation
Time together
Being loved on by others who know our story because they have lived it.
Adventure that we normally don’t see in Oklahoma.
We are so grateful for our “Family Partners” who took care of us all week. If you need a service opportunity OR a place to donate that will bless others, check out LIGHTHOUSE.
Blessings sweet friends…
