We prayed for a miracle which God granted in heaven. Daily we walk the path of grief, ever leaning on Jesus for our comfort. Until we meet again Millie, always remember you are forever loved and missed!

International Childhood Cancer Day! πŸ’›πŸŽ—

Dear Friends,
February 15, 2021

International Childhood Cancer Day! πŸ’›πŸŽ—
πŸŽ—Childhood cancer does not have a face until it is someone you love. Millie's battle made it my fight, forever.

πŸŽ—International Childhood Cancer Day is a day to raise awareness about childhood cancer, and to express support for children with cancer, the survivors, their families, and those left behind when a child goes to heaven after a cancer battle.

πŸŽ—Every year, there are more than 300,000 children diagnosed with cancer globally. Somewhere in the world today, multiple families will hear the devastating words that their child has been diagnosed with cancer. These are normal families just living life until they heard, "Your Child has Cancer." Your family is just as vulnerable to it as we were.

πŸŽ—Millie battled Neuroblastoma which has one of the lowest survival rates of all pediatric cancers and accounts for 15% of all pediatric cancer deaths.

EVERY 3 MINUTES A child is diagnosed…
I know all too well the heartbreaking reality of releasing my child into heaven after cancer destroyed her earthly body. It is something you never get over.
Think about it! Support the research to end this disease.
Let’s do better together to support our kids… mine, yours, all children!
Blessings sweet friends…
